Borderless Patches
Our 2¼x3½" Borderless embroidered Flag Patches are the same size as our Standard Flag Patches, 2¼x3½". They have even slightly more detail and are likewise ideally suited for bold applications such as shoulders and breast pockets of shirts and jackets.
The difference? Instead of the (usually) gold-colored "merrowing" around the edge, our Borderless Patches offer a very clean, "knife cut" or "laser cut" edge. And like our other patches, although they can be ironed on, we always recommend at least "tacking" down the corners for applications expected to be subjected to somewhat rougher environments to prevent curling.
